His Love Is Mine

Verse 1 The love of Jesus, 'tis divine,
That love so wonderful is mine;
My heart hath tokens manifold,
More dear to me than gems or gold.

Verse 2 For ev'ry step He gives me light,
And songs to sing in darkest night,
He gives me grace in trial's hour
And vict'ry o'er the tempter's pow'r.

Verse 3 Each day He sendeth from above
Some fresh assurance of His love,
Some providential token true,
Some message sweet, some mercy new.

Verse 4 But, best of all, Himself He gives,
Within my heart His Spirit lives,
And witness bears with mine that He,
Who died for others, died for me.

Refrain My cup is full! It runneth o'er!
His love is mine, what need I more?
I dwell beneath His shelt'ring wing
And trust Him, now, for ev'rything.
