Let Your Light Shine Out

Verse 1 Brother, if you love the Lord and believe His blessed word,
Let your light shine out;
Do not work for Him today, then tomorrow hide away,
Let your light shine out.

Verse 2 Friend, there is no middle ground, if for glory you are bound,
Let your light shine out;
If the blood has made you whole, from the window of your soul
Let your light shine out.

Verse 3 Where the dreary shadows creep, where the broken-hearted weep,
Let your light shine out;
For the souls who linger near, longing for a word of cheer,
Let your light shine out.

Verse 4 Be the same each passing day, as you walk the narrow way,
Let your light shine out;
Till your work on earth is done, and the vict’ry has been won,
Let your light shine out.

Refrain Let your light shine out,
Yes, let your light shine out;
Do not keep it hid from view,
For some lost soul is watching you,
Oh, let your light shine out.
