Verse 1 O Lord you've searched me and known me;
My sitting my rising up.
You understand my thoughts afar.
You comprehend my path, my sleep.
Behold! You know altogether,
E'er words have formed on my tongue.

Verse 2 Where can I go from your spirit,
Or where from your presence flee?
Not in heav'n above nor darkest pit;
Not on morning's wing, nor the farthest sea;
O Lord your path has no limit;
Your right hand still guides me.

Verse 3 You formed my inmost being;
Covered me in my mother's womb.
I will praise you Lord, for I am made;
Most wondrously and fearfully.
How marvelous are your works, Lord,
And that my soul knows full well.
